Catapult Learning’s Tutoring programs empower Title I-eligible students by using an in-person instructional model that “gradually releases responsibility” from the teacher to his or her students. During both small group and one-on-one tutoring sessions, the tutor utilizes our proprietary Core Instructional Model to build capacity in each area of opportunity and to provide practice in transferring knowledge to the classroom and the real world. Each lesson is designed to create Academic Learning Time (Fisher & Berliner, 1985) for every student.
