Catapult Learning’s mentoring programs are based on research-backed best practices, from recruiting and training through implementation and management of the mentor sessions.
We partner with local community organizations, or recruit and train mentors from within the school’s geographic and demographic community. This helps ensure that mentors have the cultural, religious, and ethnic sensitivity to effectively relate to and understand the kinds of issues faced by Title I-eligible students at school, at home, and in the community.
