Support Students In Reaching Their Full Academic Potential

As the needs of Title I-eligible students have become more complex and their issues more challenging and widespread, it has become increasingly difficult for school counselors to keep pace. The unfortunate result is that growing numbers of at-risk and struggling students are falling through the cracks.

For students with behavioral, academic, social, and emotional issues

Our credentialed, committed counselors will supplement your counseling staff or provide outside counseling for Title I-eligible students who need extra support for behavioral, academic, social, emotional, and family problems. Our services are designed to help students build organizational and study skills and cope with challenges inside and outside the classroom.

We offer a full range of services, including:

  • Individual and small group counseling
  • Consultation with teachers and parents
  • Liaison with community resources

Program has a positive impact on attendance and reduces discipline referrals

Our counseling services are designed to improve student performance. We look at the academic needs of each student, seek out the impediments to their success, and focus on addressing these challenges and building their skills. We will also train teachers to help them effectively manage difficult issues and provide accommodations. The program has been shown to have a positive impact on attendance, reduce discipline referrals, and make for a more engaged student.

We find the approach that works best for you

We understand every academic situation is unique, and every school’s and district’s needs are different. That’s why we’re flexible. If your school doesn’t have the funding to employ a full-time counselor, or the demand is too much, a number of schools in a single district or diocese can share one or more counseling professionals.

We do the heavy lifting, so you don’t have to

We have the experience and resources not just to provide counseling services but to manage them. We offer all the support you need, including a network of professionals the counselor can access at any time. And since they’re our employees, we provide extensive training and regular supervision. We also handle all the details—we fill out the forms; we do the paperwork; we ensure compliance.

Through this comprehensive counseling program, school counselors work as a team with the school staff, parents, and the community to create a caring environment where students become healthy, competent, and confident learners.
